Shipping Info: Shipping is via USPS (First Class or Priority) or UPS Ground. International orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. Allow 2 weeks for processing due to delays related to the pandemic.
Return Policy: All recorded media sales are final - no returns. International sales are final too. Other merchandise, shipped within the USA, can be returned within 30 days for replacement or refund; refunds deduct a 20% restocking fee. If merchandise is damaged, send us a photo of the damaged item and we'll ship a replacement free of charge. Damaged apparel that has no replacement in stock will have the purchase price refunded. If exchanging apparel for a different size, the new item will be shipped when we receive the old one.
